I had completely forgotten to post this pic – one that I like the most! Its sunset view at Fort Aguada, Goa overlooking the Arabian Sea. It was a heavenly view. At the moment reflecting back on that very moment and trying to feel the celestial bliss as I sip my cup of Darjeeling Tea back home. Enjoy the photo!!
Night shot: The Gateway of India, Mumbai | Photo
This is one photo I like. Its “The Gateway of India”, Mumbai, at a very close vicinity from the hotel where we were staying. In fact as soon as we stepped out of the hotel, we got the view of the Gateway of India. I had taken this shot while walking some distance from the hotel as well as the Gateway of India in an attempt to capture the waterfront as well.

It was during the night and I had no tripod with me, so as a result, I had to stable it on one of the railings – Hope you like it!
Global Vipassana Pagoda, Essel World, Mumbai | Photo
Photo update: My kid had been very keen on visiting Essel World and Water Kingdom in Mumbai. We were unaware of a Pagoda (Global Vipassana Pagoda) being situated within the Essel World premises. Great we had a trip to it. Though this can be reached overland, but we had taken a ferry ride. The place where we boarded the ferry was pretty bad smelling mainly due to tremendous amount of trash in the water – wish the government had a clean up drive there.
It was pretty late returning back to the hotel, the ferry service was still available. I took this photo from the ferry itself while returning – It portrayed a marvelous view! Hope you like it.

The return ferry trip was filled with quite an extravaganza – the ferry had a music system installed and surprisingly were playing some techno music with a high volume – guys started dancing – it was entertaining, but the only thing scary was that the ferry was fully loaded with people and a pinch of danger arose within, but went fine!
About
Welcome to my personal space on the web. Hi! This is Benoy, a guy who resides among the Himalayan hills of Darjeeling. This is a personal blog where I update everything personal - from my wake up time to the time I fall dead on the bed. I love Darjeeling Tea and photography - Though an amateur photographer with zero knowledge of the technicalities involved, I like the idea of capturing the angle which best portrays to my eyes. Enjoy your stay here! +Benoy Thapa
